Features:

Fibers are custom made for different types of textile operations such as ring spinning, open end spinning and vortex spinning to give the best performance on each process. In ring spinning either 100% polyester or in blends with cotton or viscose in different ratios can be used according to requirements. In open end and Vortex spinning minimum powder deposition at the rotor or the nozzle gives an extremely efficient performance.

All fibers are available in semi dull and bright for standard applications. A range of colored fibers can be produced to exact customer specifications.

At our state of the art manufacturing facilities at Isfahan, Iran, we are producing a wide range of Polyester Staple Fibers (PSF) from 1.2 to 6 deniers including a variety of products such as Semi Dull, Optical White and Dope Dyed Fibers. PSF produced is suitable for variety of end uses such as conventional textile ring spinning, open end spinning, vortex spinning, nonwovens and filling applications with various luster and functionality.
